I had to take the work printer to get fixed, the guys who helped me get it out of my car cause I couldn't lift it, were really nice and helpful, but the lady inside, I don't know if she had a bad day or things were not going her way etc but she made me feel like I shouldn't be there or it was a big hassle.... I really hope she's ok...

We purchased our Copier machine via Amol at SOS.Amol was highly professional, and provided us with a machine that suited our needs and budget.Amols after care support has been fantastic. He visits us regularly to ensure everything is going well, and if there is an issue, he attends to it immediately.I would thoroughly recommend Amol and SOS when looking for office equipment.

Not the most helpful or brightest bunch of people,Other than the two gents they have Visa sponsored, No actual technical knowledge at all,I also didn’t like the way the younger Anglo-Australian kicked 3 Indigenous kids out as they were not accompanied by a parent, rules or not there is a right way and wrong way to talk to people.And he was to thick to understand my comment (as a darker skinned person) would you like me to go get my Dad and come back?Sadly I still had to spend several hundred dollars as they are the only place within four hours they had the items I required, otherwise I wouldn’t spend my last cent here.

I can stongly reccomend SOS Office Equipment for anyone requiring printing solutions, After meeting with Amol and working out how much our cheap printer was actually costing us in toners, He sorted us out with a new Fuji Xerox and have since bought a second one for home. A genuine team that has the customers best interest at heart.Thanks again guys !!

I had the best service here! Needed a ton of advice for a solar set up- Peter went above and beyond to get us sorted, even lended some tools. He was super knowledgeable, patient, friendly and thoughtful- making sure we got exactly what we needed. Incredible service.

Super friendly service and very easy to arrange the job and what needed.Lee spent all of 5 mins at my place and about 1 minuet to replace the cracked broken plastic wheel base of my expensive gaming computer chair with an all aluminum replacement. All for $99. Unbelievable!Don't throw away your damaged or failing office chairs ever again. Get them fixed and save money and landfill.
